In short
A coffee brand with a roastery and branches in Istanbul. It sells coffee to consumers and offers supply, training and franchising to cafés. The site ran on WordPress.
I moved it to Shopify and built it as a hub for the café trade, not just a store. The menu splits in two; each side works like a separate site.
Online store, wholesale, roastery, franchise, subscriptions and QR menu at one address. Plus UI design for the brand’s mobile app.
What I did (07)
- 01A split menuOnline store on one side, the business side on the other. Visitors know which door they came through from the menu.
- 02Online storeEspresso, filter, Turkish coffee and HoReCa ranges; moved from WordPress to Shopify.
- 03Wholesale / B2BWholesale coffee for cafés and restaurants, in its own flow.
- 04Roastery and franchiseRoastery introduction and franchise applications on their own pages.
- 05SubscriptionsA subscription system for regular coffee buyers.
- 06QR menuA QR menu system for the branches, built into the site.
- 07Mobile app UIInterface design for the brand’s mobile app.
One brand, two doors:
one for customers, one for the trade.
On the phone
Both the store and the QR menu are mostly opened on a phone. Each side was thought through on the small screen first.

The site’s core colours; both sides carry the same brand colour.
